Sales Assisstant Manager - Makasar

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Sales Manager in identifying, establishing initial negotiation, following up and securing business deal with the housing/apartment/property developers.
Early 30 years of age with min S-1 degree in architect/interior design.
Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience dealing with project business.
Able to operate Auto CAD and 3 D.
Intensive traveling is a must.
To be stationed in Makasar

GENERAL QUALIFICATION : 
Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
Highly result-oriented.
Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.
Preferable Mandarin spoken.
